Penguatan Kompetensi Leadership Kepala Sekolah Dalam Upaya Mempertahankan Kualitas Mutu Satuan Pendidikan

Abstract

The dynamics of challenges in educational institutions today are the background for actions to strengthen leadership competencies in schools due to the challenge of the ability to create graduates who are quick to adapt to the demands of the times which have a very fast dynamic rate of change. This service is carried out using awareness and empowerment methods which are expected to be able to provide changes to efforts to build a work culture at SMA Kartika X-1 Jakarta. In accordance with the results of the service carried out, strengthening leadership competencies has had a very positive impact in increasing the work productivity of stakeholders in responding to the challenges of the times with all their demands in a collaborative work manner. Apart from that, the leadership competency that is instilled in responding to global challenges is school principal leadership that is responsive and adaptive to the dynamics of these changes.
